Seungeun Chae

Seungeun is a second-year student and secretary in her school’s student council. She has a cold and antisocial personality with a violent, raging temper. She is actively hostile with her peers at school but especially hates her fellow student council member Heewan. Although she skips out on performing most of her duties in student council, Seungeun is especially interested in using her position to weed out delinquent students at her school. This, of course, puts her sights on rooting out the unsanctioned Mystery Club.
