Gob is a generational Giver who could create protection charms using his marker Jinki. At some point in his life, he would inherit the generational marker jinki. Using this, he would begin to create charms using it's abilities. He created a charm around Canvas Town which prevented those with bad intentions from entering.

He died from contamination in the Abyss. His corpse was found, and taken to a morgue. The doctors discovered the cause to be contamination exposure. The mayor and the janitors would mourn his lose, as his jinki and legacy was passed onto the next jinki bearer.
